Jay Cutler managed to fight of a bigger than ever Phil Heath and scored a 4th Sandow trophy for his Vegas mansion! Jay was not as hard or freaky as last year and we thought the show actually was between Phil and Dexter. But the IFBB judges still emphasis size above shape. Congrats to 4-time Mr. Olympia Jay Cutler!
