Amir Rauf Sheikh holds the record of being the undefeated Pakistani champion of Taekwondo for over 15 years. He has not only won the national championship several years in a row but has also won the Taekwondo Spain Open in 1993. Amir holds a masters degree in finance from Greenwich, UK and is a qualified fitness trainer from New York University.
In addition to being an authority on martial arts, Amir is a professional body builder and stood 8th in the 2005 Mr. Universe competition held in Germany and 7th in the 2007 Mr. Universe competition held in United Kingdom.He is currently on a body building sabbatical preparing for the 2010 Mr. Universe competition and, in his free time, trains clients at his gym in Beverly Center, Islamabad.
